Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Milan at Via Luca della Robbia, Jin Sushi invites sushi enthusiasts and seafood lovers on an exquisite culinary journey. This Japanese and seafood restaurant specializes in authentic sushi creations that celebrate freshness and bold flavors, offering a delightful escape from the city’s bustling streets.

Jin Sushi’s menu is a treasure trove of expertly crafted dishes that cater to every palate. Dive into the playful textures of their Gunkan selection—each bite boasts a harmonious blend such as the Gunkan Spicy Salmone, where creamy salmon mingles with fiery Tabasco, all wrapped in a crisp seaweed exterior for just €2.00. For a luxurious indulgence, the Gunkan Gio King Crab balances succulent salmon with generous portions of giant crab meat, providing a melt-in-the-mouth experience at €5.50. The sashimi platters are a standout as well; the Sashimi Medio offers 15 slices of assorted fresh fish, artfully sliced to highlight the ocean’s natural flavors, a perfect choice for those craving a pure, unadulterated taste of the sea.

The menu further delights with a refreshing array of Sunomono salads—delicate and tangy rice vinegar complements the tender textures of crab, lobster, and mixed seafood like in the Insalata Granchio or the Insalata Astice, marrying vibrant flavors and beautifully refreshing your palate. Each dish is thoughtfully presented, creating an elegant yet inviting dining atmosphere that blends warmth with a touch of modern minimalism.

What truly sets Jin Sushi apart is its welcoming ambiance paired with impeccable service. Guests often praise the friendly, attentive waitstaff who make every visit feel personal and genuine. Elettra Pellanda highlights the value of their all-you-can-eat sushi and sashimi option, emphasizing the diverse selection and the lovely finish of being treated to coffee and an alcoholic cordial. Another guest, Gésyca Justen, appreciates the proximity to the metro while noting the restaurant’s charm outside of tourist hotspots—an authentic local dining experience awaiting discovery.

Whether savoring quickly replenished platters of sashimi or the creative spicy salmon rolls, diners leave Jin Sushi with a sense of satisfaction and eagerness to return. It’s a place where fresh ingredients, expert craftsmanship, and heartfelt service combine to elevate every meal into a memorable experience. If you find yourself in Milan craving a true taste of Japan delivered with care and passion, Jin Sushi is an unmissable culinary gem.

Great food. Great service from Hussain. I will sure go there again if I am to be back in Milan. Close to the metro station, which makes it easy to arrive. But also not in the turistic area. 5 stars is what they deserve
